1.Overview
SportZero is an amateur sports predictions platform published by [COMPANY_NAME], a [COMPANY_FORM] registered in France under SIRET [SIRET]. Predictions on the French Ligue 1 football competition are the main service at launch.
SportZero is not a money-betting site. No financial stake is required to play, no monetary prize is awarded based on prediction outcomes, and the service is therefore not subject to French gambling regulations or ANJ licensing.
2.The service
The platform offers:
- Free predictions on Ligue 1 matches (more competitions to come);
- A point system based on prediction accuracy (Wrong / Correct / Exact / Zero² / Exploit);
- An end-of-season bonus that doubles the points earned on the last 2 matchdays of each competition;
- A seasonal ranking by stage and by group;
- A progression mechanism through "Stages" (0 to Elite);
- Automatic arrival groups and advanced groups created by subscribers (up to 100 seats).
3.Your account
Registration is free and open to anyone aged 14 or older (parental consent required for users under 15 in France). Each person may only have one account. Multi-account creation and impersonation are strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any action performed via your account is deemed to be performed by you.
4.Conduct
By using SportZero, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
- Respect other users in all interactions;
- Refrain from posting illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or violent content;
- Refrain from using bots, scripts or automated tools;
- Refrain from creating multiple accounts or transferring your account;
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
5.Subscription
The subscription is optional. It unlocks additional features (Stage 1+, advanced group creation, Hyper Climb mechanic, advanced statistics). The price is [SUBSCRIPTION_PRICE_SEASON] EUR for one full season, with a tiered pricing depending on when you subscribe during the season. Payment is processed by Stripe.
The legal cooling-off period of 14 days applies, except for the portion of the service already consumed (you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as you start using the paid features).
6.Personal data
Your personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR and French data protection law. Data is hosted in the European Union (Supabase EU). For details, see our Privacy Policy.
7.Liability
The publisher uses reasonable efforts to ensure service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the current season's subscription, except where French law imposes otherwise.

8.Referral program
Members can invite others to join SportZero through a personal link. Someone who signs up via this link becomes a referred friend, and the member becomes their sponsor. Each person may have only one sponsor, set at sign-up.
When five (5) distinct referred friends each purchase a paid subscription, the sponsor earns one free full-season subscription. This reward is unique: one per member, for life. It never expires and can be activated at the start of any season of your choice.
Every referred friend gets a 10 EUR discount on their first paid subscription (valid July to March).
Rewards and benefits are personal, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash. A sponsor's reward is only granted once the referred friend has actually paid. Referral is not paid work, a mandate or a commercial partnership. Email addresses entered to invite friends are not stored by SportZero; they are only used to generate an invitation message from the sponsor's own email client. The Publisher may cancel any reward obtained through fraud (multiple accounts, fake referrals, collusion) and may modify or end the program with reasonable notice, honouring rewards already earned. The French version of these Terms prevails.
9.Binding version
This English page is a courtesy summary. The legally binding version is the French Terms of Service. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Disputes are governed by French law and submitted to the competent French courts. EU consumers may use the online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
