1.Overview
These Sales Terms govern the subscription to the optional paid features of SportZero, sold by [COMPANY_NAME] (SIRET [SIRET]) to consumers ([COMPANY_ADDRESS]).
SportZero is not a money-betting site. The subscription unlocks additional platform features but no monetary prize is associated with prediction outcomes.
2.Paid services
The subscription is optional. Free access remains available with basic features (Stage 0, ranking, arrival groups). Paid subscription unlocks:
- Access to Stage 1 and higher;
- Ability to create an advanced group (up to 100 seats);
- End-of-season Hyper Climb mechanic;
- Advanced performance statistics;
- No demotion to Stage 0 in season 1;
- "Subscriber" badge on profile and in groups.
3.Pricing
One full season costs [SUBSCRIPTION_PRICE_SEASON] EUR. Mid-season subscriptions benefit from a tiered pricing displayed on the Subscription page.
An invoice is sent by email within 48 hours of payment and is available anytime from Settings > Subscription.
4.Order and payment
Subscription happens online through the platform. Payment is processed exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Strong customer authentication (3DS) may be requested by your bank.
SportZero does not collect or store any banking data (card number, CVV, expiry date).
5.Right of withdrawal
Under French Consumer Code (Articles L. 221-18 et seq.), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract, without justification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal (where applicable), send an unambiguous notice to [CONTACT_EMAIL]. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
6.Duration
The subscription is for the current sports season (typically August to May) and is not automatically renewed. You can cancel at any time from Settings > Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current season (no pro rata refund).
7.Refund
No refund is due for voluntary mid-season cancellation, except in the following cases:
- Prolonged service unavailability caused by the Seller (more than 7 consecutive days): pro rata refund possible upon motivated request;
- Account deletion by the Seller for reasons not attributable to the Buyer;
- Cancellation of the sports season: full refund.
8.Liability
The Seller has a best-efforts obligation. Liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Buyer for the current season's subscription, except where French law imposes otherwise. Errors in point allocation must be reported within 72 hours of the affected match.
9.Mediation and disputes
For any complaint, contact [CONTACT_EMAIL]. We commit to answering within 30 business days.
If unresolved, consumers may free of charge use the consumer mediator designated by the Seller ([MEDIATOR_NAME], [MEDIATOR_WEBSITE]) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Disputes are governed by French law and submitted to the competent French courts.
10.Binding version
This English page is a courtesy summary. The legally binding version is the French Sales Terms. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
